Park Safety & Common-Sense Rules
South Hull Park & Gardens is meant to be a peaceful haven for fun, family, & fellowship. In the spirit of this intent, please be mindful of these:
Everyone is warmly welcome. But harmful substances, drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, vaping and all weapons are not. Please be sensitive to the health and safety of children & others.
We love animals! Pets are welcome. But as a practical matter they must be on a leash and out of the flower beds at all times. Doggie bags for their leftovers are provided at the park entrance and can be disposed of in the trash can. A watering hole for pets is on site. Please have your pets vaccinated and spayed/neutered before exposing them to company. Mean or overly aggressive dogs will be sent away to learn their manners.
Since the Park is shared space laugh loudly but play music softly.
As a rule, we hope you choose to make friends and not enemies.
The gardens are a big part of the mission of the park and will mature over the years. Please help us keep the Park blooming and beautiful by disposing of litter and respecting garden boundaries.
Please be respectful of animals, birds, and pollinators that share their home with us.
Please respect our neighbors, do not park on their lawns or block their driveways. Consider walking to the park.
Shoes are required in the park.
